Why should I sell my diamond to DiamondWhisperer?

First and foremost, Diamond Whisperer will walk you through every step of the process, so that you are totally comfortable with the transaction. We have all been on the other side of the fence and know firsthand how nerve wracking it is to buy and sell a diamond. We want you to feel comfortable and happy with the entire experience.
One of our GIA-trained valuation consultants will contact you (by phone or email – your choice) to discuss your diamond and Diamond Whisperer process. We’ll give you a sense of valuation during this initial conversation and discuss next steps. Once you are comfortable with the valuation, we’ll need to see the diamond.

Here, you have two options:

1. We’ll email you a pre-paid Fedex label, so that you can ship the ring or diamond to us fully insured. We’ll get the diamond the next day and get back to you usually within 24 hours.
2. Alternatively, if you live in the North East you can bring in your diamond jewelry to our New York location and we'll review it on the spot. You can leave our office with your money!

Second, we’ll pay you a fair value for your diamond. Now, this won’t be retail value, but it will be a very fair price. We can afford to pay good prices because we try to use the diamonds we purchase in our jewelry line. We aren’t looking to make a margin by selling it on to another wholesaler. Sometimes, however, this is inevitable as we see every sort of diamond...and we can’t use every one.
Third, if we agree a price, we'll send you out a check the same day or wire the money straight into your bank account that day. If you decide you want your diamond back, we'll ship it right back overnight, fully insured again.
Lastly, we are an A- BBB (Better Business Bureau) rated business. We have bought tens of thousands of carats from so many different sources – the public, retail jewelers, jewelry designers, pawnbrokers, gold buyers, diamond wholesalers and more. All of these people have sold to us because we pay fair prices, are trustworthy and are easy to work with...and no complaints! We are THE diamond buyer for you.
